Never thought that I would give a comeback with such intense topic. Well this blog has so many special things!!! Yes officially this is the very first blog I'm composing after my under graduation. Secondly this is my 20th blog. Marching ah??? no!!!! crawling towards the silver Jubilee. Hopefully will reach that before this year ends. Again this blog is something that's emotionally connected and contented which I neither tried nor thought of giving.

So nothing here is plagiarism and purely as like other blogs this one speaks the thoughts of mine. Also its not a movie review as thousands do today in names of selfie review, no its not a review :/

So its 2016!!! The so called intellectual living beings have explored the universe,broken the very basic atom,learnt to extract energy from almost all resources that nature gave us and utilize them effectively,sharing up the resources... oh well they sound so optimism?? Yes!!! We are seeing terrorism and its effects,global warming and its horrific causes,caste religion oriented rebels,discriminations in color tones,poverty.... this goes towards pessimism in what humane did. Atleast the problems in the negative line can be controlled and at one time can be completely eliminated but there is one thing which is longlasting for centuries. And still prevails in practice.

Gender discrimination!!!

Well just a chromosome either XX or XY determines the fate of fetus. If XY its a lucky gestate. If not its temporary and might be tarnished at anytime. We call it female infanticide.

So the challenges for a women begin right from the mother's womb. There where times the entire society depicted giving birth to baby girl was a sin. And to cleanse the same a boy birth must occur in that family. So number of attempts will be taken as a result 6 baby girls followed by one blessed boy making 8 as the family strength. And now one could appreciate why the population roared up.

Have you ever recognized in any family photo canned early 80's, that the head of the family will be sitting in his chair whereas the rest will be standing around him?? Even for a photograph sake we haven't allowed her to sit in equal to us.

Let's go even before. In early eras the civilization was set on the basis of occupation and we were very well aware. Let's take sculpture's society.The art of opening the eyes for an idol will be deliberately varying from one family to other. Since eyes are the most powerful and attractive part in an idol it needs utmost concentration and above that high order of secrecy has to be maintained in it. The methodology of one family won't be revealed to other's. Their way of doing is a kind of their pride heritage. The point I would like to express is, while teaching with the art of sculpting, women will be purposely exempted with eye opening part because once they learn those inherited steps after they get married are likely to reveal the secrecy of her family to her husband's family. What they thought was a girl has got all possible scopes to void the family's erudition.

Well good. The convincing reason for their practice might sound good but wait let me complete. There might have been hundreds or thousands of families with only girl child or sometimes with no child.So obviously they wouldn't have taught their inherited techniques to anyone. Then where would their hereditary sculpting techniques go?? Won't the thousands of those methods be devasted??? Those techniques were permanently hidden and purposely deceased from existence because of their practice?!!!

Ultimately in order to show case the dominance in the society we did those illicit doings and finally the loser is none other than us. We lost so many of our scholarly abilities.

This is in case of sculpting society. Just think about others like clinical,weaving, farming,gold &silversmith,constructions,architectural,astrological,geological societies?? My readers, wonder how much we would have lost just for showing up our dominance infront of our fellow gender?!!!

Okay past is passed.

Let's back to 2016. Now we say that restrictions on women have been downed a lot and girls have started exploring themselves!!! Are we true?? Are women enjoying their independence now??

Its conundrum.

I can quote Delhi Nirbhaya case for this. A girl has restrictions on what she wear today. Well people defending with dress code I have few lines after rreading those lines justify yourself.

But at the sametime I would say that women today are living much more comfortably than previous generations. I would also quote that the awareness on this has started up and travelling in its second phase.

Movies like 36 வயதினிலே, இறைவி etc portraying women's difficulties, books and plays on womanhood, writers' and bloggers' works on women independence are continuously creating a magical vibe that something against gender discrimination has aroused. It is true!! A kind of initiative occurred but not now much before Subhramaniya Bharathiyar spoke these. And that continued via so many other ways like KB's and Bharathiraja's movies. This is what is phase 1 of the awareness.Only after their efforts women started attending schools and colleges. So today what we do is preceding. This is phase 2.Simply following their footprints but much more impulsively I say impulsively because so many have started writing on this. So many have realized the urgency on it.

The phase 1 of this vibe have done some recreational activities and changes in women's lives. It escalated their lives by few steps. Now its time for our contribution. The phase 2 of the magical vibe that tries to attain equality and we must support to accomplish this mission.

Going back to the question!!! Are women enjoying their independence completely today?? Are women been given with enough independence??

See a criteria can be called as independence only if it has complete freedom in doings.

This is my answer. Just put-in your grandma,mother,sister,fiancè,girlfriend,lover,wife,aunty,daughter, co-worker in to that hint and you would get the solution.

And I hope that my readers would applaud this answer from me for such socially significant question!!!

I have to mention another note: its actually I mentioned phase 1 and phase 2 in women discrimination awareness in terms of generations of movies as like KB and Bharathiraja movies and recent days movies along with Bharathiyar and bloggers (Rofl) that's because today people will catch up a thing easily by comparing it with movies and celebrities.

I just used them to clearly emphasize what I try to say. Pls don't mistake :P :D

So just place the factor of dominance in front of a lady who lives for your satisfaction, a lady who carried you for months along with thousands of troubles you give both inside the womb and again outside world, a lady who have extreme concern and care on you, a lady with incredible tolerance level for all your misleads and mistakes!!! She will just shatter all those dominating factors.

Finally!!!! Nothing comes so proud in showing up ourselves a men in society. A real man will respect his co-gender and give equal space. Also women please step out.

This is 2016 and here there's still in need of

someone to explain that we must be supportive and caressing to women- the basic co-gender.

Hopefully it will take another century to explain the LGBT's for this society.
